Kings Bluff Falls

My husband and I hiked King’s Bluff Trail on a beautiful October day! This was a fairly easy trail, but such a pretty hike and the reward at the end is a spectacular view of the valley below plus one of the largest waterfalls in the state –Kings Bluff Falls.

To see the falls running at it’s best, try to go after a substantial rain.

Where i’m standing in the picture is where you’d normally find Kings Bluff Falls…one of the highest waterfalls in the state! Unfortunately, due to lack of rain we saw only a trickle.
We’ll definitely be coming back someday after a good rain to see this fall in all it’s glory!
